About Caleb

Caleb Morrison was born and raised in the small coastal town of Yarmouth, Maine. Caleb grew up working alongside his family doing excavation and landscaping.

Upon graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served active duty for 6 years in the aviation community earning the rank of Sergeant. While stationed at Cherry Point, North Carolina, Caleb explored North Carolina's coast and fell in love with the City of Wilmington. 

Upon leaving the Marine Corps, Caleb moved to Wilmington to pursue his real estate career. He became passionate about the industry as a way to continue serving and giving back to the community. 

In Caleb's free time you can find him in the water surfing, on the trails mountain biking, or at the local ice rink playing hockey. “Wilmington offers a diverse lifestyle. There is something for everyone especially those who enjoy outdoor activities.” Caleb says.

A foodie, Caleb enjoys the vast number of restaurants Wilmington has to offer. He also appreciates the local brewery industry as well as the performing arts venues such as Thalian Hall, Wilson Center and Live Oak Pavilion.

Caleb’s clients will find him to be personable, with a strong attention to detail and deep local knowledge. He appreciates all the area has to offer and can’t wait to share Wilmington and the surrounding area with his clients.
